Love this overview, been a big fan of multi-threading! The WFH era was when I started experimenting with the un-conference type bullpen style rooms. This requires good planning ahead, once it becomes a ritual, engagement results are magical.
Love these templates. Spin the wheel is used at Amazon for the weekly operational meetings as well. BTW Coda doesn't seem to work on edge mobile on android. Is that intentional?
Love how this creates a divergence of activities. Echos all of the great experiences I've had at unconferences.
What might be interesting is to have a convergence activity at the end like Liberating Structure's 1-2-4-all. What would happen if we saved time at the end to summarize in some staged way to gain alignment? I'm going to try it soon.

Agreed on the magic! Curious what you mean by "planning ahead" - got an example of what worked?
this is a great post
Thanks Hunter!

I think the Stripe ritual was actually inspired by Amazon!
Re edge mobile on Android - hmm, not sure - mind writing into support and we'll take a look?

Hadn't seen 1-2-4-All, very interesting!
Liberating structures is a great resource for exercises:
